User Account Management
Creating an Account:
- Visit the Sign-Up Page.
- Enter your details, including a valid email address.
- Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters).
- Click Register to complete your account setup.
Logging In and Out:
- To log in, visit the Sign-In Page and enter your credentials.
- To log out, click the Logout button in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Resetting Your Password:
- Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions.
Updating Your Account Details:
- Navigate to My Account and select My Details.
- Update your personal information and save the changes.
- For username changes, please contact support.
Managing Email Notifications:
- Go to Alerts under My Account.
- Customize your notification settings by frequency and preferred updates.
- Save your preferences to activate the changes.
